After having regularly dealt for many years with physicians in both of these contexts, we've designed a process to deliver immediate results: The Immediate Leader Experience™.
The Immediate Leader Experience™ takes place over a weekend in Santa Barbara, California and includes two nights accommodation at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore Hotel.
Prior to arriving, I'll have reviewed all of the documents you forwarded pertaining to your planned or existing group. We'll be ready to discuss general issues relating to your group and leadership of it as well as specifics including actual and suggested documents.
You will arrive in Santa Barbara on a Friday evening and head to the Biltmore. The following morning, after you enjoy breakfast at the hotel, the two of us begin work for the day at my estate in Montecito. We'll spend the entire day focusing on your issues, with a break for lunch at one of the area's restaurants.
You'll have dinner that evening at the Biltmore. Sunday morning, it's back to my estate for another intense one on one session until you have to depart for travel back home.
When you leave, you will be prepared and confident in respect of leading your group and you will be armed with tools and sample documents.
